Unhappy...

when I am told that I would be making a scene when I lodge a complaint to the company or which ever retail shop that fails to deliver the expected service and goods.

I mean, I have the right to feedback and demand for a reasonable compensation for the 100% faulty item. Its not even near to making a fuss.

Demanding for reasonable compensation ==! Making a fuss
