WAD A DAY......
I finally found a holiday job today! It was really a WEIRD and WRONG day...Headed to Recruit Express tampines at 9.30am. Filled up my particulars, had a direct interview by one of their staffs, ended at 10.45am. Asked to head to TnT for a final interview by their HR Executive. Alighted at Expo, walked to Changi South and tried to find TnT ill 11.10am. Gave up, walked back to Expo to hail a cabbie. Reached TnT at 11.45am. Meter -- $7.80 . Recieved a call from recruit express -- Theres no need for interview anymore, they have just seen your resume, and would like you to start work from tomorrow onwards. Come back to tampines to sign the contract with us. Apologized to cabbie uncle, asked him to drop me at EXPO again. Meter -- $8.20 . ------------------ 'isnt this ... ... ...' ---------------------- Met up at Cityhall after pronouncing that there was nowhere to go. Walked to SUNTEC to look for goodie foodie to satisfy our cravings... Something lame happened. We realised that we needed SALMON SASHIMI badly... detoured and went ahead to take bus 16 and alighted at Somerset. At that point, we were almost dying from hunger and thirst... Ate all the salmon we could at suki. SATISFYING... haven done this with YUM for such a longgggggggg time... Walked around to search for working pants... and a jacket! Very nice jacket!! Love it! Forgot to take picts with her again.. omg.. yummiee said she is the mystery guest of this blog... LOL... I can assure she is not an imaginary or bogus character. I shall take a photo with her the next time and post it here. LOL... -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dropped by Dear's place at around 7.30pm. Thank goodness he is stayin nearby.. went to get my flat shoes which I had forgotten for a long time, so that I can wear them to work tomorrow. His enormous stack of washed clothes had piled for 2 days... he hadn't had time to keep them away due to the endless assignments he has. Ended up being his 'maid' lol... 9pm arrived... went downstairs had a quick dinner with dear and uncle. Nice Bak Kut Teh! Uncle was so nice, he wanted to send me home even though he was so tired.. but along came auntie, who had just reached home... LOL in the end, auntie insisted to send me back before eating dinner. Hmmm very warm people the family has. So sweet. =D
