Vormit Blood...
teaching the tuition kid... end up with a sore throat after every tuition lesson with him...when will he open his ears big big to listen to what I teach??? he does that all the time.. turn deaf ear, then ask me to explain again, saying he doesn't understand the word in less than 5 seconds.. So god damn it sick of explaining the same word more that 5 times in 5 minutes. YES!! He asks me the same thing every one minute. I'm not sure if he is too forgetful or he did it on purpose... but it sure does get me on my nerves... I feel like I am wasting my time on him. He is too forgetful. Unwilling to learn despite of the encouragement from day one. His mother doesn't give a damn about his studies or exam dates unless I remind her!! There was one time.... Me : (called his mother) 'Hi Ms X (fake name), your boy has got an oral exam tomorrow, and I am wondering if you will be getting him prepared tonight?' Ms X : Oh! He has an oral exam tomorrow?? Really ah?? Haha... Me : (DANGZZZ!) Ermm... Ya... Ms X : Ahhh... ok... I think I will test him tonight. I hope lah.. because I had been so busy recently... Me : (obviously she is not going to) How about I come over tonight to get him prepared? Ms X : Oh you can?? Thats GREAT!! Thank you so much! As if the small one isn't enough of a headache... OH GOD!!! What the heck are young parents doing nowadays?? They will only get fed up when they see their children's report book. True, they have the right to get angry over the results because they are the parents. Unfortunately, they have never realized this, WHAT DID THEY DO TO HELP THEIR CHILDREN GET BETTER GRADES?? Okay, I know what they will answer. I SPENT SO MUCH MONEY HIRING TUITION TEACHERS WHATTTTT!!!! SO WHAT??? TUITION TEACHERS CAN ONLY COACH YOUR CHILD FOR THAT MISERABLE 3 HOURS EVERY WEEK!!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT??? A MIRACLE (OUT OF COURTESY) FROM EACH TUTOR ARHHH??? * Faintz Anyways, what children need is parent and child contact. Care and concern. Find out what their problems are. Think of a way. Because parents know their children best (proven in every family... I guess). Cannot always rely on tuition teachers. What we can offer, is not everything, we can't coach him EVERY SINGLE DAY. Parents. Bad attitude... Bad attitude.
