SHAG Arh...

another month is passing by liao... lol... din realise i only log in a few entries per month now... in fact i cant even get myself updated with my own life. thingz happening in my life nowadays are just "FORMS", "SNBB APPLICATIONS", "RODASHOWS", "MUX", "10Mb"... blah blah blah... god damn it just kill me. LIFELESS AND SICK OF THIS FREAKIN JOB!!!!

been working for past 2 weeks without any day off. YES, THAT INCLUDES SUNDAYS. my god... went to work at the ngee ann city roadshow.. for 12 full hours with a miserable 15 mins break. lol.... pathetic singtel. We even had to ask around for mineral water lor!!! wad is this man... on top of that, their system totally sucks. management sucks. product knowledge sucks. put backroom ppl into deep shit, sucks.

PLS LAR!! If you dunno the information, dun anyhow bullshit to customers!!! always ASK AROUND LOR!!!! haiyo... den in d end poor elsie(Lim) gotta call up customers to clarify. sick... and they dun put in activation dates. but its better den putting in dates any old how! just like some of them, went to promise 4 working days.. mad ar! roadshow started that early, by the time we end it, 4 working days are either gone, or the forms have just reached the office.. not to mention that registry staff gotta sort out the forms first. Information are all over the form. Messy data, missing data, or NO DATA at all... wah laoz...

lol... i remembered there was this guy.. tink he juz finished O level. A temp staff at SITEX Expo.

Incident 1:
Asked him "hey u know where are the phamplets? can you get some for me?" he stood there like a cool guy and answered coldly, "No."... i was lik freakin pissed.. i tot that he was givin me attitude. so i juz looked away, gave him a disgusted look and asked someone else for an answer as my customer was already waiting for a long time.

Incident 2:
Again, he was behind me. As a runner, helper for order takers, he was supposed to direct customers to the cashier counter and redeem vouchers for them. I had no other choice as he was the only runner standing there(like a cool guy again). I asked him if he could direct my customer for me. AGAIN, he answered "No." This time, i was furious. I stared at him and my face was like charcoal. it sort of freaked him out. den i looked around and asked another runner to run the errand for me. den i looked at at that guy and asked "pls learn from other runners." and i went back to work.

I was not angry that he had no knowledge and doesnt know what is happening. But i was freakin pissed at his working attitude. Hello, this is not your house, you are not supposed to stand there like a HIMBO and vase. When we ask you things, just try your best and do it. take initiative lor. you are not a dog, you are human. so buck up and do your job.

I was lik soooooooooooooo pissed at why singtel can hire those untrained ppl. it was like the last day of promo already and still there are staffs who do not know any single thing lor!! On top of that, there were several siao lang customers that day.. a guy with sponge and towel around his neck making a big fuss as to y we had to write him a manual form instead of filling up his order using the system. we had already explained that the system is down and blah, but he behaved like a freako kiddo. and even told us that "System down is not p-l-o-b-l-e-m ok?". I was like... so fuckin angry and tired from all that work, seeing that long queue in front, i raised my voice at him and told him to be fair lor. i mean the other customers have also waitied for a long time, some even longer. he could just make do with the manual application ma. its even faster den keying in to the fucking slow and lousy system.

den i realised that another customer was standing nearby so i decided to ignore that siao lang and serve the other customer. but on jean's part, it was pretty hard on her. poor girl.. had to serve that siao lang... on top of that he kept sayin he wants to tok to our supervisor. THE WORST thing is that our supervisor dun even wanna face him. Singtel staffs reali noe how to play taichi lor. useless. i wonder how they appointed to be leaders in this company. Starting to doubt their capability.
